Do you provide the furniture and décor?
Yes. We maintain professional inventory and curate pieces to fit your home’s architecture, target buyer, and price point. For occupied homes, we blend in key accents to elevate your existing furnishings.
How long can I keep the staging in place?
Vacant staging is priced with an initial term (commonly 30 days) and monthly extensions available until you sell or request removal.
Is your team insured?
Absolutely. We’re fully insured, and we treat every property with care. Any accidental damage attributable to us is addressed promptly.
What if I have pets or kids?
Totally fine, just let us know. On staging day, please secure pets and plan for minimal foot traffic to keep inventory safe and the process efficient.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand things change. Please notify us as soon as possible; reschedule and cancellation policies are outlined in your proposal.
How do I get started?
Send us your address, basic details (occupied/vacant, timeline), and any listing photos. We’ll schedule your consult and get a proposal out quickly. 50% down to get scheduled. Remainder of amount will be due when home is sold.
